my devise asks to enter verification code.

I have bought a new device and I made a new apple ID. In the settings I must to verify my email address , when I come to do that Iphone asks for a verification code, the problem is that code is sent to the email but my email is not opening because it need a verification code>

what can i do to solve this problem?
