Got a new iPad Air and my existing pencil wouldn’t pair with it. Got a new pencil (first gen) and it won’t pair, either. Could there be a problem with the Antbox case? Can’t get through to Apple support.

One of the answers in there solved it -- to plug the iPad Air 3 into the power briefly, then immediately plug in the pencil. A bug that needs fixing in an iOS update.
