Stolen Iphone

My iphone is showing that it's at a location but is now turned off or dead. Is there anyway to know if this is where my phone is still at or the last place it was online so this is just the last stored information ?

It will show the last known location. Whether it has moved or not since then really depends. If you turned on "Enable Offline Finding" in Settings > Apple ID (your name) > Find My > Find My iPhone, then it can find the phone even when not connected.
