Blinking light on Apple TV

Apple TV stopped working in the middle of a program. After that all it does is show a blinking light on the front without anything on the screen.

Welcome to the Apple Community.

All I can suggest with the Apple TV 4k is that you remove all the cables, wait 30 seconds or more and reconnect it.
