Cannot Receive Calls from Any Google Fi Device

iPhone 8+, iOS 13.5.1

Verified: no blocked numbers, no unknown calls silenced, wifi and data toggled on/off/on, device reset, network reset/refreshed etc. Seemingly no user choices have been made to interfere with calling

After years of being on Verizon, switched to Google Fi. Was having a lot of service outages so switched to Consumer Mobile. Now, I cannot receive or place calls (or texts) to ANY phones that are on Google Fi. 'We could not complete your call- please try again' is the only message I hear.

Is there any sort of LTE, OS or hardware configurations that could be causing this? Neither service provider has been able to lend any insight on why this is happening.

Any help is appreciated!
