Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand the Alexa app doesn’t show in Downtime for Screen Time. We’ll be happy to help.


Take a look over: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, to confirm proper set up for Screen Time. If you are still unable to locate this specific app, make sure iOS is up to date:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Then force close Settings and restart your iPhone and see if it appears:

Restart your iPhone
