Strange mouse positioning on right side of external display

I noticed that there is a strange offset problem with my mouse pointer on the right side of my screen (right side of the screen that is most to the right). Right around the place where the topbar shows the current time my mouse disappears for a few pixels and then appears again at the wrong location, meaning that I always have to click a little to the left of where my screen says I'm clicking. I've tried to record a video in Quicktime to better show what's going on but somehow this problem does not persist in the screen recording (the mouse behaves as it should in the recording).

I'm using a Macbook Pro 16" (2019) with two external displays (LG 27UK850-W) both connected through USB-C. The order of displays is like this (left to right):

1) Macbook

2) First display

3) Second display, 90 degree rotated

Both external displays are set to scaling with a resolution that "looks like 1440x2560".

To make it clear, this problem only happens on the rotated screen, on the right side.

It took me a while to figure out what was going on here, and I can't seem to find any solutions on Google or on this forum. The only thing that came close was: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3125080, but the fix does not seem to apply to me, although I did notice that this problem does not exist when I set scaling to `1080x1920`, but this is not a resolution I feel comfortable working with.

All help would be greatly appreciated since this is a quite annoying experience!
