My iPhone xsmax suddenly start ringing like a low fire Alarm when it was fully charged. It’s disturbing and woke me up just now. Also the screen froze last night prior to putting it to charge. How do I fix this problem. I have been using the charger supplied with the phone.

You may have heard one of the 'Government Alerts' that might be enabled. Please check under Settings > Notifications > scroll all the way to the bottom under 'Government Alerts'. Are any of them enabled? If yes, you may have heard one of the alerts from those selections. You have the option to disable any of them if you'd like.
