My iPhone 11 got wet (fell in 3 feet of water but was only in for a max of 10 seconds) and now the front camera is foggy to the point where it will not recognize face id. It has been 3 days since it got wet. Any fixes? Super disappointed as according the the "water resistance" feature this should be a non issue.

No iPhone is waterproof and water damage is not covered by the standard warranty.
You will have to replace it.
