Okay so I changed my phone number and I can’t remember my Apple ID password I can’t reset it because it keeps sending the code to my old number.

How can I reset my Apple ID password if I changed my number?

See if you can get an email option. Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.
