if i buy a new apple phone on line how do i load all my info. from my old one to the new one ?

You follow the steps here: Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You will also have to move your Sim card from your old phone to thenew one to get your cellular service on the new one.
