I am picking up a new iphone from instore. Will apple staff help me to change over my information from my old phone to my new one.

Staff inside of the Apple Store will be happy to help you with that process. Remember that if you are picking it up on launch day or around that time, you may have a long wait time. Stay well!

Yes, there are a limited amount of staff available to help you and they may be working with several people at the same time. You will have to wait until someone is available.
