iPhone 7 frozen on apple screen
My daughter iPhone 7 is frozen on the white screen with the Apple logo - tried turning off and doing a restart but keeps getting stuck at this screen. help?

See if this helps. If you do this it will delete all data off phone but you can restore from a back up.
