A. Where are you Getting this Error?

I assume it is not Apple. You are able to log into this site. So, if it is Apple, obviously you should be getting it from whatever device you used to for a verification code.

B. Apple?

Verify your Associated Devices to see which device you you have attached to your account...

1. Go To: appleid.apple.com
2. Log In: Using your Credentials
3. View: The Devices Associated to your Account

C. Other Sites?:

Contact them to see how to fix this. If you need to be logged in to ask a question, perhaps another user(Friend? Family Member?) has an account with the same site, and can ask to question on your behalf.
