When I press the share button it appears to be blank. I have tried the WhatsApp solution but it didn't work. Also I downgraded from ios14 beta 2 to ios 13.5.1 if that has anything to do with it. I'm relatively new to iPhone so please help me fix this.

I too was facing the same issue after reverting from iOS 14 to iOS 13.6. WhatsApp solutions from months ago did not work.
What worked was doing “Reset All Settings.” You do not lose any app data or photos with this. You just reset all system settings basically. But that also means losing your wallpaper, saved wifi, cards in Apple Wallet, etc, but nothing major, and it worked like a charm.
Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
