How do I delete a project (not an album) in Photos?

I began a project, a book, in Photos on my MacBook (running on Mojave). While working on it, I realized that a photo was missing. I found the missing photo, and easily added it to the appropriate album. Now, I want to delete the project and start the project over using the revised album. Can anyone help me?

Pretty much the same way you delete an album: Right-click (or control-click) on the project in the sidebar and select Delete Project from the context menu.
