I watch connecting to data trouble

I have encountered this issue recently where my i watch is unable to connect to cellular data even when i have purchased the service. However my telco service provider shows the system is active and online but the watch is unable. I have tried with other phones it works and but there is issue connecting with my Iphone X. Is there any settings i should change in my phone?
