Folders in Home Screen are empty looking and title is gone

I just noticed that the folders I have my apps in are totally empty looking and the title is gone too. When I click the folder, it’s all there. This started today. It’s not the offload apps feature . That is off. I cleared my cache. Still blank.. any thoughts?

Hi Shae87,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble with your app folders on your iPhone. We’re happy to help.

First, check to make sure you’re running the latest iOS version:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that doesn’t help, try reinstalling iOS. While this shouldn’t remove any data from your iPhone, it’s a good idea to have a recent backup handy:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

To reinstall iOS, follow the steps below under the section labeled “Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again”:

If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Let us know if that helps.

Take care.
