Thunderbolt 2.0 ports stopped working.

I have a 27" iMac late 2013 and the thunderbolt ports stopped working. What can I do to reset them?

Have you done a PRAM reset, CMD+Option+p+r...

In fact, do 3 in a row, takes a bit of time.
