thunderbolt not working
i have an Imac 27 late 2012.
thunderbolt ports isnt working

That is odd.
Two ideas:
a) Do you have a thunderbolt device you can plug in and see if it works?
b) Have you tried running the Apple Hardware Test? https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201257
P.S. Thunderbolt first appeared on the Mid-2011 models. Are you sure you have a Late 2012 and not a Late 2009 or Mid 2010?
