Has any one had their Thunderbolt port on their iMac stop working but it works after a restart?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

This probably means you need to reset the following:

Reset PRAM - Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
Reset SMC - How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
