Is there any way that I can get all of my photos and videos back?! I thought they would automatically be saved in my iCloud and there’s nothing there!
Check your 'recently deleted ' folder. If it has been less than 30 days since deletion they should be in there. If you use iCloud photos then that you delete on your device will also delete in the cloud so you need to exercise caution.
