if somebody knows your appleID password then they can access your info without your phone even being turned on

change your appleID password and enable Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

He knows everything he broke into my apartment and stole all my papers got all my social everything and then he linked and synced his devices to mine through chrome and and now he constantly hacked me because his girlfriend broke up with him because he’s constantly hacking me! But he did it all to steal my identity and anyone connected to my account he ordered coffee on my friends account and order some other stuff on other friends accounts through prime that we shared!
