After i updated to iOS 13.5.1, apple smart keyboard ' I, J,K,L,M,O,U ' keys not functioning. Even fullstop and arrow keys are not functioning in usual way. Instead all those keys reacts like cursor. How to use my keyboard fully. In this case the smart keyboard is become unusable and this new feature is a mess.

You probably just need to go to accessibility settings and turn off Mouse Keys. See last item here

That's sad. The question has come up here dozens of times I think, and the fix is included in Apple's keyboard troubleshooting doc for "only some keys".
Hi, Thanks for your help. First I searched for answers to this in web & forums, then posted this query here.
I also contacted costumer care and they guided to reset my ipad settings (without any issue to datas) and that solved the issue. If i saw your reply earlier it would have been much simpler to resolve. Even the support team didn’t recommended this or they are not aware of this i guess. Thanks again 🙏
