At some point of using my iPad Pro 2018, the arrow keys of the smart keyboard do not function the way they should, i.e. I've observed this in using MS Excel. It jumps from one command to another and NOT from one cell to another. Why is this happening and what can I do about it? I have not made any changes nor do I frequently remove the iPad physically from the smart keyboard.

Go to these settings and see if something is messed up with arrow keys
Setting >Accessibility > Keyboards > full Keyboard Access > commands
