Netflix region and billing change fail

I have switched regions from USA to Czechia (Europe) I also changed billing to a location appropriate card.


in order to do so I needed to cancel my Netflix and music subscriptions. I restarted my music and apple storage plan no problem....


the problem I have is restarting Netflix. The user interface doesn’t allow changing from iTunes. And iTunes isn’t allowed for new or restarted accounts apparently???


i had two long chats with Netflix help and they basically said my account / email is frozen with Apple for up to 65 days? So no netflix unless a) create a new account (lose history) or b) just wait 2 months? There must be a simple way to simply allow my account to be free again?


in the meanwhile no one is getting paid for the subscription. I guess business agreement changes between Netflix and Apple are hurting the customer and Netflix?
