iPhone 11 Pro - Feedback / Lag Issue Worse After 13.5.1 Update

Has anyone else had “normal” feedback issues while on speaker with this phone? It seems to be a common problem, but when it was happening to me, I was the only one that could hear it. The person FaceTime or a call (on speaker) couldn’t hear it. I just updated to 13.5.1 last night and now on FaceTime it randomly is silent and the sound is lagging with the video (for the other person, mine looks fine). My WiFi is fine, it’s definitely my phone, and the only thing that changed was this update. When I have my headphones plugged in, the issue doesn’t happen at all. Any fixes anyone knows of?

I do, and it happens with or without the phone case. It’s really odd. People can’t hear me if it’s on speaker (again after the update) unless the phone is sitting horizontally. And when I have it sitting straight up (face time) they said that they can’t hear me but they can see me talking. Is there a way to “undo” and update by chance?

i can basically hear my echo, but the other person can’t. And unfortunately none of those suggestions worked. It happened literally right after I updated. Everyone I FaceTime with says it’s now lagging and they can’t hear me. It wasn’t doing that before the update :/
