iCloud Turning Off Automatically on iPhone XR

During enabling of iCloud drive, two buttons shows up like 'Cancel' and 'Upgrade' in Half Screen, and I am not able to click any of that Also, when I go back, iCloud drive turn On, and when I go back again. It turns off Automatically. This is weird.

Anyone else facing this same problem?

I have upgraded my iCloud Drive plan to 50gb, but still no luck.

iCloud Drive cannot be turned on on iPhone 12, IOS 14.1 I just got my iPhone 12 and was trying to sync all my apps, but most apps ask me to to ‘turn-on’ iCloud Drive. but when you slide to turn on, the next screen it takes you looks funny and not aligned with only two options to either ‘cancel’ or ‘upgrade’, both of which cannot be clicked to proceed. switching off and on, as well as logging off from iCloud and signing out of Apple and switching off and on, as suggested by a few sites did not really work and seems like a software bug.

I cannot turn on iCloud Drive on my iPhone 11. I am getting ‘upgrade to iCloud drive’ message. When I tap ‘upgrade’ nothing happens. Hi when I turn on iCloud Drive in my iPhone 11 , the phone takes me to a new screen and I get 2 options- ‘cancel’ or ‘upgrade’. I have attached a screenshot. i tried tapping on both but none of them works.

I reset the iPhone, and that solved the problem :)

Then next you might try resetting all settings and see if that helps. (Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset)

I restarted my phone, same problem. Even, I signed out of Apple ID, and signed in again, same problem.
