Why does music keep playing without any apps open ? i seen that alot of people said its pandora but it cant be because i dont have pandora

My iPad is randomly starting to play music from my iTunes app while I’m watching something else While watching things on my iPad iTunes stops playing what I’m watching & plays random songs from my iTunes app. I’ve tried everything I can think of but can’t find a solution. ive deleted the app & everything else I can find to do by googling. I’m pretty old & not particularly tech savvy. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you hear random music that doesn't seem to come from any app. You should contact Apple Support for next steps.
