i want my iphone 5s restored. The home button not working and the iphone is stuck

in recovery mode

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.

If the phone is in recovery mode, then connect it to a Mac or a PC and you should be able to restore it. If the restore fails, then there's likely a hardware failure within your iPhone.
