My phone disabled

My phone still says it has been disabled do u know anything that will help I can’t download anything

Your account is disabled in the App Store/iTunes or the entire phone is disabled?


If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.    


Contact iTunes Support for assistance. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.

If necessary, try Twitter


https://twitter.com/AppleSupport.          People have posted it may take an hour or more to get a response.
