iphone XR,13.6 update not installing saying corrupted

Tried updating with iphone and with macbook still unable to update.

Thanks for the information Today I tried to update my XR to 13.6 again with the same results. My Apple TV and MacBook updated fine. Not sure what to do next other than wait for iOS 14. Hopefully that will update on my XR.

It sounds like you're having some trouble with installing an update and we can help.

You mentioned getting this error on your iPhone and your Mac, is that correct?

Try following the steps here:

Tried to update to iOS 13.6 again today. Received the corrupted file message unplugged and replugged in and tried to update again. This time successfully. Used my MacBook this time. 👍
