Free trial charged 4.50 sar

I just bought a new iphone 11 pro max , and i got an offer of one year free apple TV Subscription when i clicked it 4.50 SAR has been charged by Apple.com/bill from my account and it was an offer for 1 year free ? How and why ?

Apple TV subscription I agreed to the 12 month free trial of Apple TV, that I was offered on purchasing my new iPhone 11. However I noticed when I played a movie tonight on my TV “Spies in disguise”, I was charged $19.99. please advise what happened to free offer of 12 months. Angela
