I want to retrieve photos and videos that I had deleted from my iPhone cause of storage issues and want to know if I can somehow retrieve it again

Go to Photos in your iPhone. Select the tab Albums. Scroll down to the bottom and you will find "recently deleted". You can selectively undelete photos within a 30 days period.

If you have deleted the photos from the "Recently Deleted" Album or the time since deletions exceeds 30 days, the above method will not work.
Have you anytime taken a backup of your iPhone; either on iCloud or on a Mac? You might be able to restore from a backup.

Does iPhone have something similar with Mac like time machine to recover photos and videos?
