Emoji problem

My recent emojis haven’t changed since around May 2020. I am using iPhone 6s on iOS 13.4.1. What can I do?

hiral272,

Thank you for replying back with the updated information around what you're seeing with frequently used emojis. We understand that you have updated to iOS 13.6 and restarted your device.

In that case, these steps below can help:

First, let's create a fresh backup. -How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Next, resetting all settings can reset the keyboard of your iPhone including frequently used emojis. -Return iPhone settings to their defaults

Please note, reset all settings will will reset network settings, the keyboard dictionary, the Home screen layout, location settings, privacy settings, and Apple Pay cards.

If you want to restore your settings, this resource can be used to restore a backup. -Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Have a great day!
