HELP

I would like to inquire about my iPhone which i bought from a company in my country (Jordan) that suddenly turned off and it was still on guarantee , so i took it to the company to fix it , they told me it is a technical malfunction and that apple company will compensate you with a new iPhone and they will contact with your company , after nearly month they asked my i cloud email and password to sign out from my phone through their computer so i did that , month or more later they told me that my phone arrived and i went to receive it i found an old phone without Packaging and a different color , so i refused to accepted it , they tried to convince me so i checked the phone information and it was activated 6 month ago so i left it and told them that it should be a new phone.

Please, what is the proper way to know my rights and not to be deceived by the company . 

And could i contact with the apple company in order to confirm the mechanism of the reasoning or to verify the new iPhone that has been sent by my name from your company .
