I submitted my phone 6s plus to Sharaf dg Abu Dhabi who is authorised apple service producer. After 2 days they returned the phone saying they are unable to turn off find my phone. I tried to reset the phone, and realised that Apple ID was changed to a new one which is unknown to me. I contacted apple and they wanted the proof of ownership to resolve the issue. After submitting it, they assured that it will be solved in three days. Fourth day I.e. I contacted apple who says the ownership is established and it will be resolved within 10 days. Is it reasonable. What is the justification for taking another 10 days?

If you are the owner of the iPhone or the owner has shared all information with you then to open Activation Lock:- If it is Activation locked, read here --> Turn off Activation Lock - Apple Support Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Learn how to remove a device from a previous owner's account.

If you are not the owner of the iPhone and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password to you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their apple ID.
