How to create a direct application link to a playlist in Apple Music ?

In the Apple Music app for OS you can create a URL link to your respective music lists. However, I'm not interested in a URL-based weblink to one of my playlists. I want to create a direct link to the playlist in the Apple Music app for OS.

The correct URL weblink looks like this: https://music.apple.com/dk/playlist/ode-an-die-freude-writing-list/pl.u-GLbRF8VkGA1?l=da

How to I convert this into a direct application link to that playlist? I've tried the following options below. By clicking on these, I do get into the Apple Music app, but not to the playlist. Instead, the Apple Music app provides me with the error code 11222
