My iPad is disabled. how it can be activated again.
I am being continuously asked to Connect to iTunes on the Screed.
Please Guide me.

You have an iPad.
The iPad is currently disabled, and shows that it must be connected to iTunes.
This will require a Mac or Windows system, with iTunes. Or with Finder on macOS Catalina.
The sequence used to try to clear this disablement is shown in the following link:
If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
Click on that blue-text of that link, and read through the sequence described.
The sequence will try to reset and reload the iPad, and to try to clear whatever caused the iPad to become disabled.
There is no means to clear this disablement without using a Mac or Windows system, or without sending or carrying the iPad to Apple or repair provider.

If your iPad is disabled, or you have forgotten your iPad passcode, you’ll need to follow this process:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS).
You’ll also need your AppleID and associated password. If these have also been forgotten, they can be recovered here:

Unless you AppleID account has not been fully/correctly configured, or has been seriously neglected, recovery of the AppleID and password should not be difficult.
