I keep getting a pop-up notice on my Iphone X that says Imap.Ipower.com cannot be verified. No idea what that means and I can't find that address when I search my iphone. Oh, and I am a complete tech idiot, by the way. Thanks!

It means that the specified server for the associated ipower mail account, or (maybe) calendar account, or (maybe) notes account, is misconfigured.
