itunes Account Disabled

Hi! My Itunes account is disabled. When ever i try to update an app or download an app it shows a notification that says Itunes Account Disabled. Can you please help? I tried to reset my password and even signing out and signing back in they both didn't work.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11

"Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help."
