12.9 Ipad Pro unresponsive screen to touch

I am on my 3rd replacement for the screen being unresponsive at times to touch, now out of warranty, this has to be an issue. What can be done? so frustrating this is my hearing impaired wifes and she needs it

ipad mini 4 screen unresponive after restart and reset an hour ago, my ipad stopped responding to my touches, and i tried everything i could to fix the problem like cleaning the screen, not having wet hands, force restarting the ipad, and even restoring it to factory settings. nothing seems to be working, so if anyone knows a fix to this, please tell me so i dont have to pay for a new one, because this ipad is out of warranty
