Panasonic Link2Cell with Apple Watch

I have had my I-Phone 6s paired with a Panasonic KX-TGE270C Link2Cell with 5 handsets for four years successfully making outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls. I now have an Apple Watch 3 paired to that Panasonic. While the cell phone, watch and the Panasonic are all paired, I can make outgoing calls, BUT incoming calls go directly to my Voicemail. It doesn’t seem to be a problem IF either the cell phone or watch are NOT paired to to the Panasonic. Is there anyway to allow ALL my incoming calls to be received WITHOUT going to Voicemail?
