Malaysian apply Apple Card

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Malaysian citizens here. Is it possible I still can apply Apple Card?

because I like to get Apple Card to purchase New Apple Pro and try to make instalment.

if Malaysian are not allow apply Apply Card, kindly advise how I can do instalment when I do purchase.
