Welcome to the Apple Support Community. I understand it is important to remove water from your Apple Watch to maintain your warranty. From the Watch Face raise up to the control panel. There you will see a water icon. Press on it and then rotate your Digital Crown. Your speakers should play a sound to eject the water from the speaker. I'll attach an Apple Support Article on this.
