delete files

I have deleted some files from my iphone 11 and, when I go to the deleted section, I try to delete them from there and they just don't disappear. Every time I go back to the deleted section, the same files are there again.

Can’t delete and recover recently deleted files on iPhone Hello. I deleted few files on my iPhone using Files app. They moved to Recently deleted files. When I try to delete them completely now, it seems like working. But after reopening Files app, the same files are there again in Recently deleted folder. Possible you have the same file on iCloud Drive as well as on Google drive. Kindly verify.
