removing subscription and payment method

How can i remove my payment method with a subscription on my phone ? I just want to know how to remove a card from my apple ID account.

I want to remove all payment methods on my account. It says I have a subscription and I don’t have one I canceled it. You I want to remove all payment sources from this phone. It says I have a subscription and I can’t remove the last card.
