yes, i work in an org. i have created almost 180 ids with icloud. used our private domain with icloud. but from few days. it is showing me in photo.

Is that a browser? Clear cache/history?

Nothing comes to mind on why. I don't believe there is a limit.

Have you asked Apple Support? They don't answer technical questions here.

Per the screenshot, your Apple ID cannot end with a certain phrase/letters.
