Getting the mouse to scroll quicker

How can I make it mover faster? I have to click repeatedly on the side slider.

It's actually hidden in accessibility settings. Go to System Preferences > Accessibility > Pointer Control, then you have to go even deeper, toward the bottom right there's yet another button: Mouse Options...

Click on that, and you finally have the setting where you can control Scrolling Speed.
