Vanido Problem

I downloaded an App in November called Vanido. It was $49.99 for a years subscription. I was trying to use the App today and it wouldn’t work. I deleted it so I could reinstall it. The App is no longer in the App Store. I went to the App website and clicked download. It gave me an error saying the app wasn’t available in my region. What gives? How do I contact them? I either want my app functioning, or I want my money back.
